As a part-time Graphic Designer for Texas Capital Partners, a private equity investment and development group specializing in multi-family housing, condominiums, and ski area management, I played a pivotal role in a team of four overseeing over 17 locations nationwide. I primarily worked with the Marketing and Operations Specialist, and occasionally, the Marketing and Operations Director. With their guidance, we worked on various design and development projects tailored to enhance the brand presence of select locations.

Zona Verde Apartments - Tucson, Arizona:
At Zona Verde Apartments in Tucson, Arizona, I assisted in updating our social media presence, developing digital marketing graphics and print materials such as flyers, business cards, and brochures following a detailed and helpful branding guide. Zona Verde's unique location was taken into careful consideration since it's situated within walking distance from the University of Arizona. This approach ensured that the marketing materials effectively conveyed the property's charm and catered to its specific clientele.
River Run Apartments - Avon, Colorado:
Nestled along the banks of the Eagle River, River Run Apartments in beautiful Avon, Colorado required a email template for prospective clients. Providing them with a visual experience that would guide them through ways to immerse themselves into what it would be a River Run resident. Showcasing floor plans, internal and external visuals giving, including video production utilizing set of professional photos.
Spider Mountain - Austin, Texas:
Situated 60 miles northwest of Austin, Spider Mountain is home to Texas' first and only lift-served mountain bike park, making it the sole lift-served, year-round mountain bike park in the U.S. The lift was ready for a reach coat of paint an I took on the challenge of revitalizing the iconic lift. Using photo-rendering techniques, editing mock-ups, and guidance from the team. Providing a realistic and authentic representation of real world design ideas, making it accessible, time-efficient, and cost-effective for the team, higher-ups, and funders to envision the project's goals.
