Background
In the first quarter of 2019, I joined the Marketing Team at the Mesa Fire and Medical Department (MFMD) as their new Marketing Assistant. There was a need for support with MFMD's strengthening community outreach, improving educational initiatives.
Drawing upon extensive research into MFMD's mission and past branding strategies, my goal was to craft digital content that not only modernized their image but also provided informative and engaging experiences for residents across the City of Mesa, Arizona.
WORK
With my supervisor, Video Producer of the Communications Department, we strategized digital marketing content calendar and utilized Basecamp, a tool to keep track of priorities, progress, feedback on content that would be posted across three platforms using Falcon, our social media manager. I also aided with developing campaign strategies and lending support to various photo and video editing needs.

After receiving brief on branding and did to Kit included hashtags, audience, file organizing protocols using bridge Adobe product. Some of the key ways I contributed value was by providing the department with essential digital assets, including a flat art version of the logo, updated logo designs, and templates.  In collaboration with the Parks and Rec. Department, I played a key role in creating sub-branding elements for seasonal safety campaign, “Summer of Safety”.
